David L. Tuttle

David L. Tuttle joined Regeimbal, McDonald & Tuttle, in May 2011. Mr. Tuttle is an experienced civil litigator with an emphasis in ERISA, trust fund, and estate litigation. Some of his credits include: Bale et al v. Allison et al. Case # 09-2-45884-7 SEA (Successfully represented the Estate against a former beneficiary who claimed to have a Will contract. After a full trial the Court returned a verdict for the Estate); Carpenters Health & Security Trust of Western Washington et al v. Caicos Corporation, case #2:10-cv-00430-JCC (2010) (U.S. District Court granted Motion for Summary Judgment for clients and against the employer in excess of $100K); and Employee Painters Trust Health & Welfare Fund et al. v. Finishers Corp. of California et al., case #2:06-cv-1218 RSL (2006) (Successfully negotiated full payment by the employer of all outstanding employee benefit contributions).
His areas of practice also include estate planning, focusing on estate planning for domestic partnerships; guardianship, trusts and protections of vulnerable adults; wage and hour claims, personal injury, collections and general legal counsel.
In 2006, Mr. Tuttle Graduated from the Seattle University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in law. While attending Seattle University, he was the President of the Labor and Employment Society. Mr. Tuttle completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
