Michael V. Regeimbal
Michael V. Regeimbal has practiced in the areas of Business, Estate Planning and Elder Law since 1991. His practice focuses on guardianship, wills, trusts, including Special Needs Trusts, and probate. Mr. Regeimbal has additional experience with real estate, corporations and general counsel.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Regeimbal has also been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982. He graduated from Central Washington State College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Seattle University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 1982 and in 1990 from the University of Puget Sound with a Juris Doctor in Law. In 1996 he earned a Certificate in Estate Planning from the Washington Law School Foundation University of Washington School of Law.
In addition to education and work experience, Mr. Regeimbal is very involved in the local community. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Highline Community College, President of the Highline Community College Foundation, President of the Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and President of the Des Moines Midway Rotary Club. For the past nineteen years, Mr. Regeimbal has hosted a free legal forum for seniors known as Legally Speaking at the Des Moines Senior Center at 12:30 on the fourth Thursday of every month. Currently, Mr. Regeimbal is a member of the Planned Giving Committee of Highline Hospital.
